Cancellation Policy

I understand that unexpected things come up! To best serve all families and respect everyone’s time, I kindly ask that you review the following policy for cancellations and rescheduling: Notice Required: Sessions may be canceled or rescheduled up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty. Late Cancellations/No-Shows: If a session is canceled less than 12 hours in advance or the client does not attend the session, the session will be counted as used and is non-refundable. Rescheduling: If you provide at least 12 hours’ notice, I am happy to work with you to reschedule the session at no additional cost. Emergency Situations: I understand that emergencies do happen. Please reach out as soon as possible in these cases, and we will discuss options on an individual basis. This policy helps ensure fairness and consistency while also allowing me to dedicate time and preparation to each student and family.
